- __Incorrect Items: __If you receive an artwork that does not match your order specifications, contact us promptly for a resolution.
2. __Replacement Process
- __Contact Us: __Reach out to create@artistmonkeys.com within 60 days of receiving your artwork to report the issue and request a replacement.
- __Documentation: __Please provide photos, order details, and a description of the problem.
- __Evaluation: __We will review your request and determine if a replacement is warranted.
- __Shipping: __Shipping: If your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the artwork. Kindly be responsible for the return shipping costs and ensure that the artwork is packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit.
- __New Artwork: __After receiving the original product, we will begin production of the replacement. The production time will be the same as for a new order.
3. __Limitations
- __Customizations: __Due to the unique nature of each product, we cannot offer replacements based on changes in taste, style, or minor alterations that deviate significantly from your original order.
- __Design Approval: __Thorough communication and approval during the design stage are crucial. We encourage clients to carefully review digital proofs and request revisions before finalizing a design with our team.
- __Timeframe: __Replacement requests must be initiated within 60 days of receipt.
4. __International Orders
__Please be aware that international product replacements may incur additional charges such as shipping fees and customs duties. The customer will be liable for these costs.__Additional Notes:
